Today Intershop, the leading B2B commerce platform, acquired Sparque, the advanced eCommerce capabilities provider and our trusted partner for many years. Powered by Spinque Desk, Sparque has taken a frontier position in search and recommendation in eCommerce.
We congratulate Intershop with this acquisition that enables them to offer personalized and custom search to their 300+ international customers and we especially congratulate Sparque CEO Chi Shing Chang. We thank him for the pleasant and fruitful cooperation in recent years and look forward to a successful continuation in the new partnership.
